  • The item is not the product you ordered.
  • The item is returned in its original condition, with all packaging, accessories, and proof of purchase (receipt or invoice).

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Physical damage caused by misuse, drops, water, or tampering.
  • Software issues unrelated to hardware performance.

2. Refunds Process

If your return is approved:

  • We will offer you a replacement, store credit, or cash refund—depending on stock availability and how you originally paid.
  • Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the item.

Please note: Delivery fees are non-refundable, unless the item was delivered in error or defective.


3. Warranty Policy

All laptops purchased from TuskerLaptops.com come with a 3-month limited warranty covering:

  • Hardware failures not caused by physical damage or misuse.
  • Charging, screen, and keyboard issues due to factory faults.

Warranty does NOT cover:

  • Battery wear-and-tear.
  • Accidental damage or spills.
  • Software corruption or virus infections.
  • Repairs attempted by third parties.

To claim warranty support, contact us with:

  • A clear description of the issue.
  • Photos or video (if applicable).
